To change or cancel an order that has been placed, please contact CONVERT Pickleball immediately at info@convertpickleball.co.uk.
A member of our team will then get back to you as soon as possible – within 48 hours.
Please note, if your order has already left our warehouse and you want to change or cancel your order then additional fees may apply.
We ship all of our paddles and accessories from our headquarters in Bournemouth, UK.
If you want us to send an order to an international address (outside of the UK) please email info@convertpickleball.co.uk.
Shipping fees will be calculated depending on the destination & size of order.
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking and your dispatch email will include all tracking information.
If you are not completely happy with your product we have a 14-day return policy from the date your order is received. Please get in touch with us to process your return.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend to send your parcel via a tracked service. CONVERT Pickleball is not liable for any missing products.
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt and sent via a 48 hour tracked courier service. Please allow up to 5-7 days to receive your order during busy periods.
If any of your CONVERT products are faulty, let us know as soon as possible.
